Seasonal home check-up (spring & fall)
Smoke & CO detector testing / battery replacement (customer supplies batteries)
Furnace filter inspection & replacement (customer supplies filters)
Light bulb replacement (customer supplies bulbs)
Minor adjustments & tightening (door handles, hinges, cupboard latches, loose boards)
Visual inspection of eavestroughs, siding, roofline, and foundation
Lubrication of hinges, locks, and moving parts
Minor carpentry repairs (trim, doors, shelves, drywall patches)
Replacing fixtures (faucets, shower heads)
Caulking, sealing, weatherproofing
Yard/seasonal tasks (furniture setup, small cleanups)

Flexibility

If you have other minor tasks (hanging pictures, small installs, touch-ups), we can often swap them in during your scheduled visits.

Restrictions

No electrical wiring or panel work
Plumbing limited to fixture replacement (no new supply or drain lines)

Materials & Supplies

Little Job Co. provides basic consumables needed for routine maintenance and minor repairs. Homeowners may be asked to provide specific items (like specialty paint or replacement parts). Large materials and fixtures are not included and are billed separately — and we always discuss costs in advance.

What if a task exceeds plan time?

If a task will take longer than your included hours, we’ll provide an estimate and discuss options (additional visits or plan upgrade) before proceeding.

Important Notes

Discounts apply to additional services booked outside included visits, seasonal checkups count toward visit/hour limits, and unused time does not roll over. Plans are annual commitments (pay monthly or annually).
