What is a Home Care Plan?
A Home Care Plan is a preventative maintenance program that includes scheduled seasonal checkups, minor repairs, and priority service to help keep your home in great shape year-round.
Why should I subscribe?
Regular check-ins and preventative work save you money over time, give you priority service, and reduce unexpected repairs.
What’s included?
Seasonal maintenance visits, inspections of common problem areas, minor repairs, and priority booking based on your plan level.
What happens during each visit?
Each visit includes:
  • Preventative inspections
  • Safety checks
  • Maintenance tasks
  • Priority task completion based on your home’s needs
Your time is used on the most important items first, based on the priority list created during seasonal checkups.

How many visits are included in each plan?
Each plan includes multiple scheduled visits per year, based on your plan level:
  • Basic Plan: 2 scheduled visits per year (up to 7 total hours)
  • Plus Plan: 4 scheduled visits per year (up to 10 total hours)
  • Premium Plan: 6 scheduled visits per year, plus an Annual Fix-It Day (up to 12+ hours total)
These visits are carefully planned to maximize value and cover both inspections and hands-on maintenance.
What happens during seasonal checkups?
Seasonal checkups are part of your included visits and are typically done in the spring and fall. During these visits, we:
  • Inspect common problem areas
  • Identify upcoming maintenance needs
  • Create a priority task list for future visits
These checkups ensure your time and plan hours are always used effectively.
Can I transfer my plan if I sell my home?
No. Home Care Plans are not transferable to new homeowners. The plan stays with the person who purchased it, not the property.
Can I use my plan for more than one home?
Each home requires its own Home Care Plan, as maintenance needs and visit scheduling are specific to each property.
Do unused visits or hours roll over?
No. Unused visits or hours do not carry over year to year. This keeps scheduling fair and ensures consistent service availability.
Can I use all my yearly time early?
If paying monthly, time is released gradually throughout the year.
If paying annually, you may use your full yearly allocation earlier.

How is my time prioritized?
Priority lists are created from your seasonal visits and updated regularly so the most important issues are always handled first.
Can I switch plans during the year?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are not available mid-term, as all plans are annual commitments.
